- Tap on the settings icon of your iPhone or iPad
- Scroll down and tap on the option “Mail, contact, calendars”
- Tap on “Add Account”
- Tap on “Other”
- Tap on “Add mail account”
- Input your account details and click on “Next” in the upper right corner
- Make sure that mailbox option is set to “POP ”
- Fill this page with the following details
- Incoming Mail ServerHost Name: pop3.reachnetmain.wpengine.com User Name: The first part of your email address (eg. If your email address was “[email protected]” your username is test)Password : Your email account password
- Outgoing Mail ServerHost Name: This changes depending on the internet connection you are using. We recommend using the outgoing mail server for your mobile provider. If you are connecting to your Reachnet service via WiFi it is smtp.reachnetmain.wpengine.com User Name: Not requiredPassword : Not requiredClick on “save” on the upper right corner
- After pressing “save”, press “Yes” to “Do you want to try setting up the account without SSL”. The iOS device will then try to verify these settings. Ignore any warning or errors message. The email account is set up.
