Reachnet is aware that there is currently an outage on the Skymuster Satellite affecting multiple users. We are working with nbn to identify the issue and will provide updates as soon as possible
Updated: 11:15am – The nbn has identified and confirmed that there is an issue affecting multiple users. If your nbn box has a blue light and you have no service you may be affected by this outage. We will post further updates as soon as this issue is resolved.
