Issue: Satellite Outage
We are currently experiencing an outage affecting all satellite services and a technician is investigating. We will be adding updates here as we find out more information.
We are still experiencing the outage on all satellite services and we apologise for the inconvenience and delay. We will have another update at 12pm AEDT
We have identified the issue at our core network and are currently working to resolve it asap. We will have another update at 1pm AEDT.
We are replacing equipment at our core network and are working to restore service as fast as possible. We will have another update at 2pm AEDT.
Our technicians are working hard to repair the affected areas of our core network and are repairing the switches to restore online services. We will have another update at 3pm AEDT.
Services have been restored by our technicians and are back online. We will monitor our network during the next couple of hours but internet connectivity should be online now. If you are experiencing any further issues please try rebooting your modem.
