Issue: Nationwide outage
Period: 26 June 2018 - Present
nbn recently experienced a nationwide outage on the Sky Muster network. This may result in customers having difficulties logging onto the network.
If you have been affected by this outage and are still experiencing issues, then you will need to turn off your nbn black box for a minimum of 30 minutes.
