Issue: Outage affecting Sky Muster Plus Services
Severity: Outage
Period: 20/05/2022 - 26/05/2022
There is currently a known issue affecting some Sky Muster Plus users from accessing certain websites.
nbn is aware of this issue and is working with the website host to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If you are receiving an access denied message when trying to access a website please email us at [email protected] and provide the name of the website you are unable to access as well as your IP address which can be found by Googling what’s my IP address.
Our support team will get back to you and let you know once the issue is resolved.
We will also provide further updates here as soon as they come to hand.

Issue: UPDATE Incident affecting Satellite Services

Some Sky Muster services are experiencing a loss of service. If your nbn box has blue light and is not working after a restart you are impacted by this outage. We will post updates on here and our phone queue as soon as they come to hand.
Latest update: 18/05/2022 at 08:00 (AEST) Our Engineers have found the issue and have placed a workaround to restore some services. They are continuing to deploy a final solution to restore all services back to normal. No ETA is available at this stage however we are working to restore service ASAP and will provide any further updates as soon as they come to hand.
