A Reachnet email account has a 100mb size limit and if you are getting close to this limit or already have a full Reachnet inbox, then you might need to look at freeing up some space.
Here’s how you can delete your Reachnet emails
- Once logged in, click on an email one time so that it is highlighted. Then on your keyboard press the “Delete” button. The email will now be gone.
- Take a look in the “Junk” folder. Sometimes many emails can go in there and it will clog it up. Use the instructions from step 1 to delete all the emails there.
- Take a look in the “Trash” folder. This section will be filled with all the emails you deleted. Delete all of these to clear space on your account.
- If you are not sure which of your emails are taking up too much space in your inbox and you want to just clear some emails and not all of your emails. You can filter your Reachnet email by clicking on “Size”. This will bring the largest emails to the top and if you don’t need them you can simply delete them, doing this will clear up a lot of space fast!
If you want to keep the files, but delete them from your email, you can download the attachments to your computer and save them there, then once saved, you can then delete the emails from your inbox.
