For NBN LTSS Skymuster customers, please check your usage from your Reachnet customer portal.

For customers on NBN NSS, please click here to check your usage. Please take note, a 24 hours delay hours that is reported on the usage meter.

Please consider moving to a plan with a higher usage limit if you believe you will regularly exceed your monthly usage limit. Alternatively, you might want to select one of our shaped plans. Shaped plans do not incur excess usage but slow the plan speed to 128kbps/128kbps for NBN Skymuster and 128kbps/128kbps for NBN NSS when usage is exceeded. There are no penalties or contract fees if you move to a plan with a greater monthly limit – there is a one off charge of $35.00 if you elect to downgrade your plan. The table below may be of assistance to gain a better understanding of how much data you are using. This may help you choose the right plan. Please note that actual usage will depend on the device used and other factors. The information below is based on averages and provides estimates only.
