Why are my emails not sending?
  1. Check that the outgoing mail server is set to smtp.reachnet.com.au
  2. Please check that AVG or Trend Micro are not blocking your outgoing mail
  3. Open AVG User Interface, select “Tools” then “Advanced Option Settings”
  4. Double click on “Anti-spam”, select “White-list” and click on “Edit”, then enter the address “smtp.reachnet.com.au” and click “OK”.
I have used up my three email boxes. What can I do to obtain some more?

You can contact us by email at help.desk@reachnet.com.au to request a new email address; this will incur a one off payment of $25.00.
Is there a size limitation on outgoing mail?
Our commitment to all of our customers is to aim to minimise spam and viruses, therefore we have restricted outgoing email to less than 2MB.
